We went to get the air conditioner fixed and they threw in a complimentary oil change . Very happy we will return there for sure .

Always a great experience, whether it’s just an oil change or a major fix, they have always done their best to accommodate schedules. They are always very quick, helpful and kind. All around great service.

I just want to start by saying an awesome shop respectful and from what I can tell honest. I had my 03 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 work doing by Glen Allen transmission and they put a reman 4L60E transmission in my truck roughly 3 months ago and I haven't had an issue yet and hopefully won't have an issue. 2 days ago I had to take my truck back to Glen Allen for a diagnostic test and Connie is who I spoke with and she was very respectful and willing to work with me and I appreciate that very much thank you guys at Allen transmission!!!!👍🏼

Just wanted to acknowledge how helpful the staff is and the quality of work from the team at Glen Allen Transmission. I've been taking my vehicles to them for well over a decade now and they've always provided the highest quality of service both to me and to my cars. Finding an auto shop that you can trust is very hard, but I can't say enough good things about the team and the service at Glen Allen Transmission. I would recommend them for all of your auto care needs.
